On behalf of the Penang State Government, I wish to congratulate PIP Creation Sdn. Bhd. for organizing the Penang International Property Expo 2009 (PIP '09) for the 4th, consecutive year come 27-29 March 2009 at PISA.

Judging from the success of the previous PIP Expo, I am sure PIP '09 is much anticipated by the industry players as well as general public. This annual state property showcase delineates the progress made by the state in the property and construction sectors as well as providing wider options to property buyers and investors.

PIP expo also stands out for its wide-ranging programs and activities such as informative forums, talks, site visits etc. I wish the organizers every success in their endeavours.
